Eligibility for Refund

You have not found a match through our services
You have not communicated with any potential matches
You have not used our premium services
You request a refund within the specified timeframe (see below)
Refund Timeframe
If you request a refund within 30 days of registration, you are eligible for a full refund
If you request a refund between 31-60 days of registration, you are eligible for a 50% refund
If you request a refund after 60 days of registration, you are not eligible for a refund
Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
Log in to your account and go to the "Settings" page
Click on "Refund Request" and fill out the form
Provide a reason for your refund request
Submit the form and wait for our response
Refund Payment
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 working days of receiving your refund request. Refunds will be made through the original payment method.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be given if you have found a match through our services
Refunds will not be given if you have used our premium services
Refunds will not be given if you have communicated with any potential matches
